Deputy-chief of the Baku Head Production Gas Department (BakGas) Nusrat Gasimov said that other workers were given a serious warnings because of their negligent work, covering up the cases of gas robbery in boiling-houses, villas, non-state enterprises, and joint stock companies.
The meeting also decided to establish direct connection with the population in order to improve services provided to subscribers, forming a commission for reviewing appeals and complaints and implementing operations. At the same time, the importance of improving gas supply of the population was also noted.
As the official of BakGas, N.Gasimov once again warned heads of non-state enterprises, budget organizations and informed that if they do not pay for gas they use in a short period and allow cases such as gas robbery, illegal connections to the gas network, the structure will appeal to the court.
"That will not be the end. Gas supply of those persons will be stopped. So, they should clear off all their debts for used gas," warned Gasimov and noted that a special staff had been formed in BakGas for coordinating this work.
BakGas in a few days plans to create a hot line for its customers where they can express their complaints with the service provided.
