Baku Build exhibition expands

11th Azerbaijan International Exhibition "Construction and Interiors, Heating and Ventilation" opening on October 19 will include new sectors and 180 participant companies.


For the past few years building construction business became one of the most rapidly growing components of Azerbaijan’s economy. Only during the last year there was constructed buildings with a total area of 1,5 millions square meters. The figures came from the member of State Construction and Architecture Committee Azer Khanlarov who attended a press conference dedicated to the opening of Baku Build 2005 Exhibition.
This year in the exhibition will participate 180 companies representing more than 20 countries. Manager of the exhibition was delighted to announce that in comparison with the previous year total area of the exhibition increased on 32 percents thus the organizers were unable to keep it within two halls of Sport and Concert Complex of Heydar Aliyev and had to install additional places right in a yard of the complex.

Among participants of the exhibition will be such companies as XXI ESR (Azerbaijan), FAB (Azerbaijan), Nep Engineering (Azerbaijan), Artec (Germany), Calpeda (Italy), Keramin (Byelorussia), Beaulieu Real (Belgium), Juta (Czech Republic), Moskabelmet (Russia), Degussa (Turkey), Slavyanskie oboi (Ukraine), SK Tuote (Finland) and others.

Along with its traditional sections, the BakuBuild 2005 exhibition will for the first time present a new “Landscape design” section and open a new “Construction Chemistry” section. Besides that were expanded sections “Construction Equipment” and “Windows and Doors” sections.

The 11th exhibition will work for 3 days and will close its doors on October 22.
