1 902,800 grain harvest gathered in Azerbaijan

The State Statistics Committee told Trend about it.

Average productivity was 25.5 centners per hectare that allowed gathering of 1 902,800 grain, or 4,800 tons more than 2004.

Productivity in Saatli, Agjabadi, Shamkir, Barda, Hajigabul, Sabirabad, Beylagan, Imishli and Salyan comprised 31.2 to 41.2 centners per hectare.

Grain production in the Jalilabad region made up 12,300 tons, Agsu – 73,800 tons, Sabirabad  – 83,900 tons, Shaki – 102,700 tons, Khachmaz – 80,200 tons, Ismayili – 71,300 tons. Grain production in Nakhichevan AR reached 88,100 tons, or 13.8% more than 2004. Average productivity in Nakhichevan was 38.5 centners per hectare against 38.3 centners in 2004.
