“Turan Alem” Bank from Kazakhstan plans to open Baku branch

The appeal concerns the opening the bank’s representative office in Azerbaijan, deputy director for credit organizations supervision department of the National Bank of Azerbaijan (NBA), Zakir Kyazimov told Trend.

Kyazimov noted, that the bank has been registered at the Justice Ministry of Azerbaijan and the issue on getting permission for the office opening will be solved shortly.

The Joint Stock Company, the Bank Turan alem” is a system-forming bank of Kazakhstan and leader in the establishing of the bank network in the CIS countries. The Bank’s assets are over $5,2 billion, the bank’s proper capital exceeds $600 million.

Among the bank’s shareholders are the world’s largest financial institutions. It is one of the first international banks in Kazakhstan.
