Azerbaijani bank increases authorized capital

The authorized capital of the Azerbaijani “Bank Silk Way” has grown by 2.4 percent (2.38 billion manats) and amounted to 101.54 million manats (AZN), said the message of the bank posted on its website.

The official exchange rate for August 19 is 1.0490 AZN/USD.

The message said that the increase in the authorized capital is associated with an increase in the par value of the bank's shares from 146 manats to 149.5 manats per share. The authorized capital of the “Bank Silk Way” is divided into 679.23 million shares.

“Bank Silk Way” operates in Azerbaijan since 1994. Key activities of the bank are corporate services.
