The Economist Events to discuss sustainable growth strategies in Baku

The high-ranking Azerbaijani officials will join The Economist Events’ Azerbaijan Summit to discuss sustainable growth strategies.

Ministers of Communications and High Technologies, Education, Economy, Sports and Youth Sevinj Hasanova, Deputy Minister of Economy and Industry, Ali Abbasov, Minister of Communications and High Technologies, Mikayil Jabbarov, Minister of Education, Azad Rahimov, Minister of Sports and Youth and Elmir Velizadeh, Deputy Minister of Communications and High Technologies are among government ministers of Azerbaijan confirmed to join discussions on creating a diversified economy, beyond a reliance on oil revenues, for the country.

More than 150 international business leaders and investors will come together in Baku on March 17 for inward and outward looking perspectives of the key opportunities and challenges facing a nation in transition at the Azerbaijan Investment Summit organized by The Economist Events.
