“Tajik Air” suspends several flights

21 January 2013 [17:43] - TODAY.AZ
In late 2012 "Tajik Air" stopped flights to Baku, Islamabad, Dubai and Delhi due to the company's financial difficulties, Asia-Plus reports on Monday.

According to the "Tajik Air" CEO, Firuz Khamroyev, financial situation in the company is not stable and unprofitable flights had been making it even worse.

As Khamroyev mentioned, the reason why situation became difficult is that most of the airliners were on technical maintenance and the process took longer that was expected. At the moment only 12 from 36 airplanes of "Tajik Air" operate.
