BTC pipeline transports over 2.7 million tones of oil

During March, Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) export pipeline transported 2,698,962 tones of Azerbaijan`s oil. In January-March, a total of 7,927,600 tones of oil were exported through the pipeline.

Since the start-up, the pipeline shipped 181.705,300 million tons of crude. Also in March some 317,981 tons of crude oil from Turkmenistan were transported via the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan route, according to SOCAR.
