Azerbaijani leasing company enters corporate bond market

The State Securities Committee (SSC) of Azerbaijan registered the issue prospectus of unsecured interest-bearing book-entry registered bonds of the leasing company Qafqaz Lizinq to the sum of two million manat, SSC said on Wednesday.

The release of the 2000 bonds with a nominal value of 1000 manat is being issued.

It is the second bond issue of the leasing company in 2011. JSC Qafqaz Lizinq registered a prospectus of bonds amounted to 1.5 million manat in August 2011. The number of securities in the issue was 1500 shares at a par value of 1000 manat.
