New insurance company to operate in Azerbaijan

Azerbaijan’s FinMinistry gave license to newly-established Royal Sigorta OJSC. The State Insurance Supervision Service under the Finance Ministry told APA that in accordance with the legislation on insurance and licensing, Royal Sigorta has obtained a license for the period of 5 years.

Note that, the company is located in Baku city, Yasamal district, Sharifzadeh street/house #174/flat #15. Founders of the company – Ilgar Agil Aliyev, Famil Ilham Teymurov, Vugar Shahbaz Shahbazli, Shahbaz Gara Shahbazov and Fuad Ali Jam. Famil Teymurov is the member of Royal Banks’ Observation Council; Fuad Ali Jam is the Director General.
