Caucasian Development Bank ups charter capital

The Azerbaijani State Committee for Securities has registered the emission prospectus of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Caucasus Development Bank in the amount of 3 million manat, the State Committee's statement reported released on Tuesday.

Within the emission three million shares of nominal value of one manat each will be issued. The Caucasus Development Bank which was established on Apr. 23, 1996 was the first of the banks operating in Azerbaijan opening a branch in Georgia.
